News Corp National Education Editor Susie O’Brien declares Victorian Premier Ben Carroll’s delay on work-from-home laws is confusing, calling it a “shambles”. “I don’t understand it; is he scrapping it or not?” Ms O’Brien told News24 host Chris Kenny. “He is actually coming out and saying that the legislation will be passed by the election, but the start date will be delayed to the middle of 2027. “Complete and utter shambles.”
