U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Monday titled the "Gold Standard Childhood Vaccine Recommendations." The order is designed to replace long-standing U.S. childhood immunization guidelines. The recommendations seek to split the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine into three separate vaccinations injected at separate times to avoid what Trump claims would otherwise “possibly be quite lethal.” The executive order also no longer recommends childhood vaccinations for hepatitis B, COVID-19, and influenza, and “directs the attorney general to advance legal challenges against states that violate children’s rights to religious or medical vaccination exemptions.” For more info, please go to https://globalnews.ca Subscribe to Global News Channel HERE: http://bit.ly/20fcXDc Follow Global News on X HERE: http://bit.ly/1Toz8mt Follow Global News on TikTok HERE: https://www.tiktok.com/@globalnews.ca?lang=en #GlobalNews
