Canada's thunderstorm and tornado warning systems changing

Environment Canada is about to launch a new extreme weather alert system for extreme thunderstorm and tornado warnings. Beginning Tuesday, the institute will run a system that allows forecasters to draw a polygon over an area encompassing a severe weather alert. The goal is to be more specific about these most at-risk areas and avoid so-called "blue sky warnings." And as Matthew Bingley tells us, some say the move is long overdue.
