In all my crispy baked wing videos, I’ve always been the one tasting them, so I figured it was time to bring in someone who actually does this for real. Denzel from @_unknowings pulled up to taste and rate three flavors: Classic Buffalo, Honey Chipotle BBQ, and Honey Soy Chili Garlic. In all my crispy wing videos I’ve learned a thing or two, so this was a good test to see if I really can make amazing wings in the oven. Everything here is built around simple sauces and getting that crispy texture without frying. Nothing complicated, just techniques that actually work. This is a solid lineup if you want a mix of classic, sweet and smoky, and bold savory wings.
