Reform UK Leader Nigel Farage warns the latest Channel crossing could cost British taxpayers an estimated £25 million over the migrants’ lifetimes, declaring the escalating crisis a national security emergency. “Estimates are that a boatload alone will cost the taxpayer £25 million over the lifetime of t those people,” Mr Farage said. “I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: this is s a national security emergency.”
