We are learning this Tuesday that more than 3,000 are reported missing in Colombia after a massive earthquake hit the country. The Trump administration is reportedly pledging $15.5 million in relief to help with ongoing recovery efforts. First responders continue to comb through rubble and debris, looking for any signs of life.
