Lindsey Graham's sister Darline Graham on Tuesday (August 11) advanced to a run-off to be the Republican Party's nominee for the South Carolina U.S. Senate seat in November's election following her brother's death, according to media projections. "First, I want to say that this is a very emotional night because I'm usually standing here celebrating with Lindsey. So I know he's looking down right now, smiling down.
