Colombian leadership confirms the deaths of at least 240 people following the 7.4 magnitude earthquake that hit Colombia on Monday. Family members have reported more than 3,000 people still missing, though that number is likely higher, according to officials, as search, rescue and recovery efforts resume Wednesday.
