A former hotel on Vancouver’s Granville Street has housed just one person for over a month – and it’s costing the B.C. government a staggering amount. The Luugat – now owned by the province – was set to close at the end of June but more than a month later it still has one tenant. The Ministry of Housing says it has cost the government $101,000 to continue to house him. Jordan Armstrong reports on the incredible price tag and the reaction it's getting.
