News24 Washington Correspondent Jonathan Kearsley says both Democrats and Republicans are facing their own challenges ahead of the midterms. “The clock is running down to the November midterm election, and Democrats are having an identity crisis,” Mr Kearsley told News24 host Danica De Giorgio. “But there's a lot more riding on this November election for the president and Republicans. “The war in Iran will likely still dominate at a time when many Americans want politicians focused on handling the economy.”
