US Studies Centre Honorary Associate Harry Melkonian says the fighting between the US and Iran has “diminished”. Mr Melkonian told News24 that negotiations are “not moving anywhere” right now between the two nations. US President Donald Trump announced he will declare the Strait of Hormuz American territory.
