Almost 300 people have been arrested in Morocco for trying to get into Spain amid Ceuta’s migration crisis. Police were responding to social media posts calling for another mass crossing of migrants into Ceuta. Morocco, which neighbours the Spanish outpost on the African continent, has beefed up security along its border after more than 70,000 migrants flooded into Ceuta earlier this month.
