U.S. House censures Rep. Chuck Edwards (R-NC) for creating a hostile work environment and sexually harassing two young female staffers in his office in violation of House Rules, laws and standards of conduct. Edwards, who becomes the 29th member to be censured in House history, voted No along with Norman (R-SC).
