News24 host Paul Murray discusses a new poll that surveys the national mood; it revealed a staggering “59 per cent of people believe the country is headed in the wrong direction”. “Just 23 per cent of people are saying, that’s less than a quarter of the country, saying we are headed in the right direction,” Mr Murray said. “The number of people who think the country is headed in the right direction is the lowest number ever under the Albanese government. “Since the election of the government in 2022, the highest number ever for the country headed in the wrong direction.”
