A doorbell camera captured the moment a 24-year-old man was struck by lightning in Staten Island, N.Y. on Thursday. Thomas Fahmy was heading to a dentist appointment when he started to feel a numb, tingly sensation as he was struck by lightning. Fahmy remained conscious and cried for help before getting up on his feet and seeing a local woman rush to his aid. While he didn’t suffer any visible burns or major injuries, Fahmy was monitored overnight at the hospital, before being released the following day. #FreakAccident #Lightning #NearDeathExperience
