John Carpenter's 1982 sci-fi horror is a gem of a classic which only gets better with each rewatch. Trust me, there are certain movies I always go back to each Halloween, and The Thing is one of them. The bass-heavy music, the dog staring calmly, and the middle-of-nowhere setting… holy crap, the movie never fails to get me! But even after all these years, we haven’t gotten a direct sequel to the movie. And heaven knows, that ending left us wanting a sequel! But finally, Carpenter has said something which has made fans lose their minds! We might be getting a follow-up movie! Yes, you heard that right. So without any further delay, let's check out everything we know about the sequel to The Thing. #TheThingSequel #JohnCarpentersTheThing #TheThing2 #TheThingMovie
