The deadliest night in Raccoon City’s history is just two weeks away- and this version of the outbreak has nothing to do with anything you’ve played, watched, or platinum’d. If you’re a Resident Evil fan and don’t already know what’s coming, man, how!? But I’ll tell you anyway- so, on September 18, Zach Cregger’s Resident Evil comes out in theaters. And this one is a total reboot, which means there’s no continuity to catch up on, no timeline homework, no “previously on”, no necessary binge-watches of the past films. Cregger- and, yes, this is the same guy who made the incredible Weapons last year-threw out everything you would usually think is homework- so all those Alice movies, the failed 2021 reboot, the canceled Netflix show, all of it, may as well not exist, which I’m pretty sure is how most diehard fans want it to be. #ResidentEvil #ResidentEvilMovie #REMovie #umbrellacorporation
