I guess one of the most hated characters was Ash, Nostromo’s science officer who was revealed to be an absolutely evil android. Sure, we all breathed a sigh of relief when his remains were incinerated, but ever since then, whenever I see a synth in any Alien movie, my trust issues kick in. And that’s exactly what happened when I saw Bishop in the sequel. Even the crew found it hard to trust him at the beginning, but over time, Bishop proved himself. He was nowhere near as cruel as Ash and actually cared about humanity. He played a significant role in James Cameron’s Aliens, but Alien three had no clue what to do with this character and they messed up big time. #Bishop #BishopAndroid #LanceHenriksen #AlienLore #SyntheticPerson
