Donald Trump Jr. paid tribute to the late Charlie Kirk on Thursday, the one-year anniversary of the Turning Points USA founder's assassination. "Charlie cared about faith, family, free speech and opportunity for all. He believed that young men and women should be able to live a good life without being forced to kneel to the latest woke, leftist ideology," he said at the GOP midterm convention in Dallas. "He was a happy warrior who was willing to hand the microphone to anyone who disagreed with him and have a respectful conversation. But the left doesn't want conversation, guys. They want obedience.
