Prime Minister Mark Carney and his ministers are meeting behind closed doors at their Liberal cabinet retreat in Banff, Alberta, to plan their agenda for the fall sitting of Parliament while also discussing escalating trade tensions with the U.S. Carney took some time on Friday to get some fresh air and head outdoors, where he met with local politicians and residents.
