Protesters gathered in cities across Ireland as U.S. President Donald Trump visited the country on Saturday. “Well, I disagree with the fact that he's here. I wish he wasn't here,” Annette Mulvihill, a protester in Dublin, said. Protesters held anti-Trump placards and waved Palestinian flags, with several claiming that the U.S. president was “causing a genocide” and “destroying our climate.” Trump said Saturday he would “love” to see a unified Ireland, in a remark that drew stark criticism from pro-British unionists in Northern Ireland.
