I am a sucker for good anthological shows. In this day and age, we are truly spoiled for choices as there are anthological shows in nearly every genre. From the dark side of technology brought to you by Black Mirror to Cabinet of Curiosities, a specially curated horror anthology brought to you by the maestro of horror, Guillermo del Toro himself, you can choose any anthology these days to lose yourself in. My earliest recollections of seeing an anthology show and probably the reason I am obsessed with them is because of a little show called HBO’s Tales from the Crypt. This 93-episode-long series ran from 1989 to 1996 and was an adaptation of stories from EC Comics series like Tales from the Crypt, The Vault of Horror, Shock SuspenStories, and The Haunt of Fear. The show was hosted by a decrepit and decaying skeleton called the Crypt Keeper. #TalesFromTheCrypt #CryptKeeper #TalesFromTheCrib #horrorhost
