Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) returned to the Senate floor Monday for the first time since suffering a fall and being hospitalized in June. The 84-year-old Kentucky Republican said he would cast his first vote in nearly three months. “After two years — two decades — of dodging your questions, I wasn’t sure how many of you would be here today,” McConnell joked to reporters, according to Punch Bowl News' Andrew Desiderio.
