Surveillance footage from Sept. 11 captured the moment a girl was knocked over by a dump truck in Philadelphia, Penn. Despite getting her backpack caught and being dragged across the road by the vehicle for a brief period, witnesses rushed to alert the driver, getting him to stop. The girl, miraculously, escaped with a mere few scrapes. The dump truck driver, however, reportedly lost his job. #CloseCall #NearDeathExperience #Philly
