There are horror stories that scare you. And then there are the ones that scar you for life. Stephen King's The Mist is one such story I don't have the guts to read again. The fear is so damn visceral... it's like at one point, you can feel it engulfing you. Then came the movie in 2007. And even after nearly two decades, its ending remains one of the most haunting yet divisive ones among King fans. But apart from the climax, director Frank Darabont took quite a few creative liberties.
