Former Victoria Liberal Party president Michael Kroger accuses Energy Minister Chris Bowen of trying to fulfil his “fantasy” of a “green utopia” at the expense of Australian taxpayers. “Chris Bowen is a fantasist; he’s a Walter Mitty,” Mr Kroger told News24 host Sharri Markson. “This is just fantasy stuff at the Australian taxpayers’ expense. ”We now know we’re not going to meet the target, and one of the reasons is because this has been done in such a hurry and such a mess.” “He's lost the plot, he’s a fantasist.”
