‘Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered’ host Kinsey Schofield argues new claims about the Lindsay Clancy jury raise serious questions about whether jurors focused on the evidence and law. “If this account is true, it completely changes the conversation we’ve been having about the holdout Juror,” Ms Schofield told News24 host Rita Panahi. “We spent the last week hearing that he was unreasonable, that he wouldn’t listen, he was the problem. “Now he says eight Jurors walked into deliberations essentially wanting the acquittal from the start. “A jury isn’t supposed to be a focus group for social reform; you’re not there to fix the mental health system. “You're there to consider the evidence and apply the law.”
