Quebec provincial police say six people were struck and injured by a vehicle early Saturday morning in St.-Tite, Que., where a 10-day Western festival is being held. A spokesperson with Sûreté du Québec says police were called around 4:30 a.m. to Boulevard St-Joseph, after pedestrians were hit. Police say the vehicle fled the scene, but was found at around 5:30 a.m. in Quebec City. A man in his 20s was arrested and will be interviewed by investigators. As Dan Spector reports, police say it’s unclear whether the incident was intentional, and that an investigation is underway.
