The leaders of Denmark and Greenland confirmed that a newly-reached security agreement with the United States will not compromise Greenland's sovereignty. The clarification followed a statement by President Trump claiming the pact grants the United States permanent military control over the strategically vital territory. The deal blocks adversarial nations like Russia and China from establishing a presence. Politico's Paul McLeary and LiveNOW's Alexandra Goldberg discuss the security deal between the United States, Denmark and Greenland.
