Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) criticized President Trump over the Iran war, tariffs and vaccine policies on Saturday during the Pennsylvania Democratic Party's 2026 Fall State Committee meeting in Harrisburg. "I think he can be defined in three words: chaos and cruelty and corruption," he said. The Pennsylvania governor blamed the "chaos every day in our lives" on high gas prices from the Iran war, higher grocery prices from tariffs, and "vaccine skepticism" and the return of measles. "The height of cruelty is saying to someone who's hungry, we're gonna take away your food, saying to someone who is sick, we're gonna take away your healthcare," Gov. Shapiro said. "But that's exactly what Donald Trump and his allies have done." #shapiro #trump #tariffs #iranwar #vaccines #measles #cspan
