The first time I heard of Point Break, it was actually in The Avengers when Tony calls Thor Point Break. The reference flew over my head completely… but when it was repeated in Thor: Ragnarok, I HAD to look it up. That’s how I found out about the 1991 flick Point Break, directed by Kathryn Bigelow and starring Keanu Reeves, Patrick Swayze, Lori Petty and Gary Busey. Tony was referring to the blonde hair Swayze was rocking in the film, which did not look… unlike Thor’s golden locks.
