Hey everyone, and welcome back to the channel! So if you’ve been watching Netflix’s Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story, you’ve probably noticed that the family maid isn’t a background character- much like the 2018 Lizzie film, she’s basically the co-lead here. The show takes Bridget Sullivan, a real woman who was inside that house on the morning of the murders, and makes her into Lizzie’s secret lover, her partner in crime, and honestly the reason for half the plot. So, yeah, naturally, people have been asking questions: okay, but who was she really? Where did she actually go after the trial? What happened with her and Lizzie? And how did she die? So that’s our agenda for today. We’re going to separate the fictional Bridget from the real one, go through her biggest scenes in the show, and then follow the actual trail- because her real life after Fall River is a story that- spoiler alert- has nothing to do with what Netflix put on screen. #MonsterTheLizzieBordenStory #LizzieBorden #netfli
