Austin police are sharing more information and videos from their response to Sunday's ICE shooting in North Austin. New video released by APD appears to show 28-year-old Wilber Rafael Garces Perez involved in a traffic stop with federal agents before leading them on a pursuit, minutes before he was shot by a federal agent. On Wednesday, we heard remarks from local leaders, including Congressman Greg Casar, the U.S. Representative for Texas's 35th Congressional District. Rep. Casar had the chance to visit Wilber Garces Perez and reportedly do a “medical check” according to his remarks.
