Toronto police say two people found in two burnt vehicles — in opposite ends of the city this week — are homicide victims. Investigators announced the development Friday and identified one of the victims as 32-year-old Marcus Charles. Police received calls for both incidents within hours of each other late Monday night and early Tuesday morning. Global's Sean O'Shea reports.
