Iran has conveyed a seven-day plan to the United States that could restore normal shipping through the Strait of Hormuz if necessary conditions are met, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said on Friday (Sept 25). Speaking to reporters at the United Nations in New York, Araqchi said the proposal was delivered through Qatar and the timeline would begin once Washington accepted it.
