News24 host Jaimee Rogers condemns the Albanese Government’s plan to sell Defence sites, warning Australia cannot afford to lose strategic assets amid its most challenging security environment since World War II. “You can sell a Defence asset once. But you can never get it back, and that's why I cannot understand what this government is doing,” Ms Rogers said. “At a time when we're constantly being warned that Australia faces its most challenging strategic environment since the Second World War, the Albanese Government is pushing ahead with the fire sale of Defence sites across the country. “The Prime Minister has the power to stop this. Show leadership, stand up and protect our national heritage, back defence and save these assets. “Stop this fire sale before it's too late.”
