A Phoenix man was taken into custody after attacking his son-in-law’s killer at a sentencing hearing in an Arizona court. Alberto Ontiveros Sanchez dove onto and struck Abel Uribe several times after giving an emotional statement to the court. The 55-year-old claimed he saw Uribe laughing during his statement. Uribe apologized to the family of David Navidad-Parra after pleading guilty to shooting and killing the former army captain. After the court incident, Sanchez was reportedly later released on his own recognizance.
