DC’s Absolute Universe has never failed to amaze me so far with all the unique changes that have been introduced for the familiar characters. I guess this was the need of the hour because the right changes aren’t necessarily bad when the same storyline has been circulating for decades. Take Green Lantern for example. Now, I know that there have been some exciting Green Lantern stories over the years, from Hal Jordan to Jon Stewart, the mantle has passed, but the core power has remained the same, as has the basic principles of being a Green Lantern. The Absolute Universe has given this a fresh twist, and I am loving the Absolute Green Lantern story arc.
