British Prime Minister Andy Burnham said the U.K. should consider its future relationship with the European Union (EU), including potentially rejoining the bloc. In a BBC interview, Burnham said options ranged from maintaining the status quo to a customs union, single market membership or a full return. “Brexit has caused more harm than good,” the prime minister added. Londoners expressed support for closer ties, with some regretting their Leave vote and others questioning the costs of rejoining the EU or even reopening the divisive debate.
