Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ) on no one thinking Trump would win: "The victory speech for Donald Trump in 2016 was written by me, Mike Pence, Stephen Miller and Ivanka Trump sitting at Donald's Trump dining room table...it sounds different than any speech he ever gave and it's because we literally wrote it at 11 o'clock on election night because no one thought he was going to win. So, the idea that somehow this is all preordained is just wrong...He's been the luckiest presidential candidate of my lifetime."
