A controversial jail sentence is being re-examined in Arizona. A road rage killer will be resentenced after an appeals court ruled that an AI-generated video message from his dead victim was shown in court. The state's Appeals Court believes the sentencing judge was unduly influenced by an AI video depicting a manslaughter victim expressing forgiveness for the man who shot him dead.
