Sonal from Jist was on the ground covering the super chaotic Day 2 of the Opposition protest near Jantar Mantar. Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and other INDIA bloc MPs faced a tense standoff with Delhi Police as they tried to reach the designated protest site demanding CEC Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation. What started as a march quickly turned into dramatic scenes of sit-ins, road blockades across central Delhi, and forceful detentions. In this exclusive ground report, Sonal captures the full day’s events — how New Delhi was blocked, what Rahul and Priyanka said during the protest, the intense face-off with police, and the key announcement by CJP for their big mobilisation on 10 October. Watch till the end for the complete inside story of Opposition Protest Day 2. #JantarMantar #RahulGandhi #PriyankaGandhi #OppositionProtest #CECGyaneshKumar
