News24 Contributor Sophie Elsworth reports authorities must now determine whether police can retain items seized under the unlawful warrants. “It's now to be determined whether or not police can keep hold of those items that have been seized,” Ms Elsworth told News24. “He remains under investigation over allegations of misconduct in public office. “So, this has certainly not cleared him.”
