The National Hurricane Center has upgraded Hurricane Isaias to a Category 3 on Friday morning, saying its maximum sustained wind speeds had reached 120 miles per hour. The storm is is expected to impact Florida's Gulf Coast, Mississippi, Alabama, parts of Texas and Louisiana.
