A Quebec judge has authorized a class-action lawsuit against a popular spa, over multiple allegations of sexual assault. More than 140 people have come forward claiming they were assaulted while receiving massages at Nordik spa Village in Chelsea, Que. The lawsuit involves at least 36 different massage therapists — over the span of nearly two decades. In a statement to Global News Friday, Nordik Spa says it takes safety seriously but declined to comment, saying it will present its defence at a later date. Mike Armstrong is following the story.
