WARNING: This video contains disturbing content. Viewer discretion is advised. Protests have erupted in the streets of New York City and tensions amongst politicians are boiling over after a man was shot by ICE agents on Thursday. 28-year-old Dominican immigrant Oscar Belgal was shot in the neck by an ICE agent, when a targeted traffic stop turned violent. Homeland Security says Belgal has gang associations and prior criminal convictions, and that they'd tried to apprehend him last month — but he fled. It's the latest case of what critics call violent over-reach by immigration officers, and in this case, the man's young child witnessed it all from the back seat of the car. Sarah MacDonald reports.
