I slightly agree with people when they say that Ted Lasso’s fourth season ended perfectly with Mae not only helping the club from beyond the grave but also warmly wrapping up the season with that beautiful recitation of Mary Oliver’s poem When Death Comes. And yet, I am pretty optimistic that there’s gonna be a fifth, and if everything works well, even a sixth season. You may ask why, especially since everyone in the show is at a much better position than where they started. I mean, Ted got himself a demotion and became the assistant coach to Alice Chilton’s head coach of the Lady Greyhounds, Roy got the top job at Chelsea, Keeley realised her dream of filling Nelson Road with thousands of AFC Women’s supporters, Nate had a baby, and Roy and Keeley are also on the way of welcoming one, and last but not the least Rebecca finally came out of her whole marriage-hating shell. #TedLasso #TedLassoSeason5 #TedLasso5 #appletvplus
