Alexander Kuznetsov, a local photographer in Rovaniemi, caught a vivid display of the Aurora Borealis over the Finnish Lapland over the weekend. Kuznetsov said it was the strongest view he’d seen since a similar geomagnetic storm in January 2026. More auroras are expected to be visible to the human eye over the coming nights across Europe as another coronal mass ejection is set to reach Earth. #AuroraBorealis #NorthernLights #Photography
