Katie Zacharia held her first White House press briefing as President Trump’s new press secretary on Tuesday morning. "I am so honored to work for President Trump and the American people as the new White House press secretary," she said. "I want to thank President Trump for his trust that he has placed in me. Ms. Zacharia, conservative commentator and former communications adviser for Trump Media & Technology Group, replaced Karoline Leavitt, who stepped down at the end of August. "I have wanted to work for him for a very long time. I am looking forward to working with each of you as well, especially as we are in the middle of the midterm blitz," she told reporters. #katiezacharia #trump #presssecretary #pressbriefing #whitehouse #cspan
