Existentialism is an important idea for helping rational thinking people overcome the meaningless of life we may feel sometimes through the construction of our own individual meaning, values, and identity. It’s an idea that regardless of life circumstances, each of us can live the life we want to, making life seem more fulfilling and meaningful. But does this idea make sense today and can still be an effective tool to improve our subjective well-being? Some of what the original thinkers wrote now conflicts with how modern science suggests reality operates. This video will give my thoughts on existential philosophy in the modern day, and how you can still apply and use this incredibly important idea to potentially better your life, including living the life you really want. == Subscribe for more videos like this on YouTube and turn on the notification bell to get more videos: https://tinyurl.com/thinkingdeeply ==
